FAQ.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

SECTION A – CHOOSING THE RIGHT MACHINE

The right machine depends on the type of work you want to produce. Before we recommend anything, we consider your budget, fabric type, production volume, available workspace, power arrangement, skill level, and the specific jobs you want to handle. A tailor focused on Agbada and Kaftan embroidery needs a different setup from someone focused on caps, chest logos, or uniform branding. We make sure you buy the right machine from the start — not the wrong one you will regret later.

Yes. That is part of what we do. We explain the differences between machine types, working areas, heads, needles, accessories, attachments, and special functions — and then we match you to the machine that fits your actual production needs. Before you pay anything, you should know exactly what you are buying and why.

To help you make the right decision, tell us:

  • The type of embroidery work you want to produce
  • Your budget
  • Your location
  • Your available workspace
  • Your power arrangement
  • Your level of experience
  • Your expected production volume
  • Whether you need flat embroidery, cap work, branding, or special functions like cording, chenille, or laser cut.

The more we know about your business, the better we can guide you.

The ECO Series is a tubular embroidery machine. It is built for versatility — branding work, caps, chest logos, back logos, and mixed embroidery jobs. It handles curved areas and different garment parts well. If your work involves branding and finished garment embroidery,
the ECO Series is your machine.

The R-Series is a flat embroidery machine. It is built for stability and high-volume flat fabric production — Agbada, Kaftan, Dashiki, large fabric panels, and complex detailed designs. It is easier to install and operate for operators focused on flat embroidery. If your work is primarily Agbada and Kaftan production, the R-Series is your machine.

The R-Series flat embroidery machine is best suited for Agbada, Kaftan, Dashiki, and large flat garment embroidery. It is more stable for large, complex and detailed work.

The ECO Series tubular machine is more suitable for caps, chest logos, back logos, uniforms, T-shirts, and finished garment branding. Its versatility across curved areas and different garment parts makes it the stronger choice for branding-focused operators.

SECTION B — WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SUPPORT

Yes. Fortever machines come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase or installation, depending on the agreed sales terms.

The warranty covers qualifying mechanical and electronic faults that occur under normal machine use. It does not cover damage caused by wrong operation, poor power supply, unauthorized repairs, misuse, accidents, lack of maintenance, needles, or other consumable and wearable parts.

Yes. The warranty becomes void if the machine is damaged through wrong handling, poor power supply, unauthorized repairs, lack of maintenance, or use outside recommended guidelines. Follow Fortever Nigeria’s installation, operation, and maintenance advice to protect your warranty.

Yes. We support customers with machine operation guidance, troubleshooting, maintenance advice, spare parts guidance, and technical assistance long after the sale. Buying from Fortever Nigeria means you are never left to figure things out alone.

Fortever Nigeria continues to support your machine after the warranty period. There is also an opportunity to extend your warranty beyond the initial year — speak with our team for details.

Contact Fortever Nigeria immediately through WhatsApp:

TESTIMONIALS.

BUSINESSES WE’VE SUPPORTED

The machine is strong, reliable, and durable — since purchasing it, I have not experienced any mechanical faults. The 500 x 1200mm frame has completely solved the challenge of embroidering long Agbada designs, and the cording attachment consistently delivers clean, professional finishes.

If you want durability, precision, clean finishes, and outstanding after-sales support, Fortever is a brand you can trust.”
